Shipping Information

SHIPPING POLICY 

Orders placed on business days (Monday - Friday) typically ship within 1-2 business days. Most times if the order is placed before 2pm local time it will ship that day, if it is placed after 2 pm it will ship the following day. 

If your order is placed on a weekend, it will ship the following Monday. Business days do not reflect weekends or US holidays. 

Exceptions apply if a product is on back-order, which will be noted on the product page.

All digital products ordered will be delivered immediately via email. 

Apparel & accessories may take longer to ship subject to availability and demand since some items are printed on demand.

SHIPPING TIMES:

Shipping times vary depending on the destination country.

USA Standard: 4-7 business days from when the order is fulfilled.

USA Priority: 2 - 3 business days from when the order is fulfilled.

Canada Standard: 4 - 7 business days from when the order is fulfilled.

International Orders: Varies by location.

 

ORDER TRACKING:

As soon as we process an order in our warehouse, we generate a tracking number. You will be sent your tracking number via email with your shipping confirmation.

Please keep in mind, there will be a delay up to 2 business days between the generation of tracking number and when the carrier registers the package in the system.

We do not guarantee duty-free clearance at your customs/point of entry, and we also do not insure against loss or seizure. Please keep this in mind when placing your international order.

Before ordering, check with your country’s customs department to verify if the items in your order are legal for import, and, if so, if there is a limit to how much you can import per shipment (some countries get VERY expensive if total value exceeds a certain amount).

It is the customer's responsibility to check local customs rules and regulations as any orders not allowed into the destination country will not result in a refund.

RETURN POLICY

Full Metal Labs may accept returns of merchandise purchased directly from fullmetallabs.com through the main website only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:

The merchandise must be returned and received within 30 days of your purchase, No returns will be accepted after this time period.

You must provide your order number as received when your order was placed through the fullmetallabs.com site.

Apparel And Accessories: Apparel and accessories must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in new condition with all original tags and labels attached to the item and in the original packaging.

Dietary Supplements and other consumable products: Dietary supplements and other consumable product returns are only accepted if it was purchased through Fullmetallabs.com.

All items must be unopened and unused.

Digital Products: We do not accept refunds for any digital products unless stated on the product’s sales page. In case of an advertised money-back guarantee, Full Metal Labs will grant a refund within the stated time period.

International Orders: We do not offer refunds for any international orders seized by customs or lost in transit. Any additional customs or import fees will be the responsibility of the customer so please review your countries laws and policies before placing an order. 

Sale Items: All sales are final on any promotional items sold on Fullmetallabs.com Please make sure that you have read the Return Policy in detail before making any purchases on Fullmetallabs.com

If you need to make a return, please email us at Support@Fullmetallabs.com and include your order number and a description of why you want to return your items. If the reason is due to receiving a faulty item, you must include high-quality pictures of the faulty item.

PLEASE NOTE: All Full Metal Labs products are inspected, weighed, photographed and verified before shipping to the customer to ensure accuracy and prevent fraudulent claims.

PLEASE NOTE: Chargebacks will not be taken lightly and will subject the client to being put on the no-sell list.

Once received, we will verify your return and if approved, all reimbursements necessary will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the reimbursement credit to appear on your credit card statement.

When returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee we will receive your return items and we are not responsible if they do not arrive.

Shipping costs for returned items will be the responsibility of the customer unless the items were deemed faulty at Full Metal Labs discretion. You will not be reimbursed for shipping costs.

Refused Shipments:

Refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus any shipping costs. If a customer wishes to cancel an order it is their responsibility to cancel the order prior to the product(s) being shipped. If a customer cancels an order after it has been shipped, or refuses the shipment, the return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and any additional freight charges incurred.

Damaged Shipments:

All claims for damaged shipments must be made within 48 hours of delivery to the point of destination. Any damage to a package should be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery if possible. We will not be responsible for damage claims made 48 hours after delivery. Customers must send a high-quality picture of the damaged product and package to support@fullmetallabs.com with the order number so we can review the issue.

International Shipping:

You are responsible to know the import regulations for your country. Please research all products to ensure that they are legal for importation PRIOR to ordering. Once the order has left our premises we cannot be held responsible for customs delays. Most countries will have no trouble but we post this disclaimer in the off chance that there is an issue.

If, by chance, the order is returned to us and you wish to have a refund then we will do so only after we have received the goods back. The refund will be calculated as Total cost less shipping and a 15% restocking fee for a total of an 85% refund not including shipping.  

We provide tracking information for all orders so please be diligent and keep track of your orders' progress through the mail system.

We do not have a reship policy. We DO assume that all clients are aware of their own countries' laws and therefore you are responsible for dealing with your countries' customs.

Please know your own import regulations before ordering. It is your responsibility. If customs does not return the products to us we cannot issue the 85% refund to you.

If your order is denied entry into your country, we strongly advise attempting to have the items sent back to us and we will refund your order less shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
